    Breaking down of polish

    How would I know if the polish I use with my DA using Meg 8006 pad is broken down? I know that I need to set the speed to 5 and apply about 20 pounds of pressure, go north to south, east to west but I have no idea when the polish is completely broken down. I used #9 swirl remover. Thanks.

    maybe you can apply the same rule as ina rotary: when you start to see that the trace of the product is minimal (going from wet buffing almost to a dry buff), then stop, wipe the panel and if needed or just because, pour more product, work it and follow the rule again until you get the results you want.

      this is what I got from 83 and #7, still looks like it has a haze to it, swirls stillon the right and gone on the left

        well finished the hood, just the took a long time, 4 hours
