  • Carnauba over Techwax?

I am pretty new to the detailing thing, my past history has always maintained a "protective layer of dirt and grime" .... But a new 4Runner in Titanium Silver has caused me to change character. I'm using the NXT Techwax (2 layers) and the NXT Speed Detailer regularly. This much is makes the 4runner look better than any car I have yet owned.
Do you think I would see any further benefit to a layer of Gold Class liquid wax?
The paint is in pretty good condition, it is pretty smooth to the touch and it has not been clayed.
I'm just looking for that "one more level" of improvement.
    Thanks.

With Silver, you arent going to see a lot of difference between different waxes, or between different polishes.

Have you been using any kind of cleaners or polishes at all yet before the Nxt? If not, that could make a difference. Even just using a one-step product like ColorX would be great before using the Nxt wax.

Now, the big next step would be a G-100 of course, to get the best results...
