What is the best way to deodorize a car? I once had a person tell me that volcanic rocks work really well. Ive tried some of the spray things, but i dont really like the odor. Is there something that would just make my car not smell at all?

I got a sample of #23 Odor Eliminator. Sprayed it in my girlfriends car about 2 weeks ago. Seems to be working so far, but I haven't been in there in a couple of days. Last time I was in there it had no smell at all.
