  • question for the resident experts!

Hello, so I just switched from snythetic products to Meguiars Carbuaba. My question is now I am always getting a tons of paint on my applicator pad when I apply it to my car. It's a 1990, and I've never had issues with this untill I went w/the 83/30/m24 (the carbauba) Even after the second coat of carnauba my pad was still all blue??? Why is this, and is it harmfull, and what can I do to stop it?

Well, the paint is being pulled off because it is a single stage paint, and this is quite normal. I have not used Zaino, but I imagine the cleaners in that system should have removed paint as well?

You should be seeing paint when you do the #83 as well ( applied by PC?)? If not that would be weird.

I am not sure what you mean by #30 and #24, maybe #26 Hi-Tec Yellow?

Zaino doesn't really have a product for removing swirls besides Z-PC or w/e its called

do it is possible that you haven't been removing any swirls until now. (i find this kind of strange because i have had pads change colour even when they are pure polishes, on SS paint)
