Will DC #2(by hand) do as well as applying #80(rotary) after DACP(rotary)?

No. DC2 is a pure polish, in Meguiar's 100+ terminology, that means it's completely non-abrasive.

Havent got my #80, so i was doing cars without even topping anything on top of #83. As far as i've read in meguiars online, everyone's topping it off with 80 to just be sure polishing up hazing etc. (leave out the wax or sealant here)
So i was thinking if i could use DC2 since i dont have 80 yet.Yusri Omar
