Have two Corvettes with clear coat and two hot rods with enamel. Always hand wax with paste Carnauba, and recentely used Meguiar's spray Quick wax with Carnauba applying as if it was paste and did an outstandig job. I am curious if it will last as long as the paste wax.

Re: New Member wants best wax to use
Hi Bruce,
In the Meguiar's line of products, the differences between our pasts and our liquids are really about your preferences, which type do you like to work with as the protection ingredients are the same.

And incidently, I am not sure how you use a spray wax like a paste wax.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Re: New Member wants best wax to use
I think he was referring to how long the Meguiars spray quik wax (not the liquid wax) will last compared to a carnauba paste wax. Don't know what brand paste wax he used.
Quik wax is not made to replace a wax, it is used to boost the appearance and extend the life of the wax already on your car, correct?Brian

Re: New Member wants best wax to use
MIke,
Are the detailer products available online or only through PBE's? I have a new 06 F150 SCrew (medium wedgewood blue) and a 91 Mustang GT convertible (electric blue with white top). Any suggestions? thanks
PS: I use meguiars pretty much exclusivley...really like the quick detailer for quick bug removal....what is the equivalent in detailer?

I am not mike but... as for the Detailer Line, I have found the best place is to purchase those products is online -or- Call Meguiars 800 # -or- if you Google 'auto detailing solutions' you will find a location to order them.
If you want to try locally here is a link to help: How to locate a PBE Store in your hometown, but I have found the local guys don't even know the Detailer Line exists.
As for a quick detailer there is a product called Last Touch Spray Detailer in the Detailer Line. I use this product and have been very happy with it. It is a little more tricky to use over the consumer detailer but IMO out of all Meguiars quick detailers its the best one. Adds to the gloss and depth of the paint with a simple wipe, I have found it works best on a surface with a fairly fresh coat of wax and it must be cool!Brandon
