    i have never clayed,or polished,my truck or civic b4.i heard that the prep work is like one of the most concerns to getting that perfect shine...know if was was to clay my cars would this take out some little blemishes i have?

    Well, depends what the blemishes are.. clay will only remove above surface contaminats. Look at it this way:

    1. Wash - Removes the big loose dirt.

    2. Clay - Removes the above surface bonded on contaminants.

    3. Clean - Removes dirt fro mteh pores of the paint, and can remove swirls depending on which product you use.

    4. Polish - Fills in pores with polishing oils to give a good shine and reflection.

    5. Wax - Seals in the polish, and maybe adds a little gloss on its own. Also adds a sacrificial barrier against the elements.
