need help heavy sea salt contamination

last monday here in Brazil a VW dealership aske to see some cars that they been at the port for almost 2 months and they have a heavy salt contamination
i tried Body Solvent and didnt do nothing after 20 min so i buffet with 84,83,80 and it looks perfect after that the dealeship ask to placed into the paint cabin for 30 min at 90° and in some panels the contamination shows up
again so i wetsanding and it come perfect
my question is there is some megs products thet i can used instead of wetsanding since they are more than 90 cars to do

Hi:

No real experience with this type of problem.

Three things to try.

I believe that a vingar bath would help remove the salt, not sure.

1. I would use a pressurer washer, with warm water if possible, to remove some of the salt. Follow that with a diluted vingar wash and then rinse the vehicle off.

2. Wash the car with Dawn dish soap.

3. Also, some of the chemicals used to remove surface contaimination prior to painting may work.
