  • Rediscovered Paste Wax!

I've been using NXT liquid practically since it came out.

Recently, someone on one of my car forums suggested that Gold Class Paste Wax might be better for dark colors. So last weekend, I gave it a try on my red MR2.

This stuff is GREAT! I think it's my new "only" wax. Yes, there's a bit more residue (dust) than w/NXT, but it goes on and comes off so easily, I think it's worth it. I liked using it so much, I did my wife's white Acura as well.

What is your experience with Gold Class?

Anyone else switch from NXT to something else?

(Anyone in LA want to buy an unopened bottle of NXT? )

I like em both. I do find that GC has quite a bit more dust though.

Lately I have been a big fan of either NXT or #21 topped with GC. I honestly keep going back to GC even with all the newer pro and consumer Meg's products out.

I used up 2 cans of nxt paste and loved it.Then I bought a bottle of nxt liquid because it was easier to apply in cooler weather and had so many problems with greasy streaks(covered in another thred) that I wont buy it again.
I've been using Gold Class and like what it does to my black Dakota. I still have most of a bottle of nxt and have been thinking of sending it back to megs.
