Over the last 2 weeks I detailed both of my cars. Last week I did my 06 black honda pilot. This week I did my "nightshade gray", which looks like a grayish, bluish black color, 95 honda accord. The accord had lots of scratches and swirls.
When I got to the waxing stage, when I did the pilot I first applied #21, followed by NXT. When I did the Accord, I did NXT followed by #21.
Which is the correct order to apply these, or does it really matter?
Here's the order I did everything:
Pilot (by hand) --
NXT wash
clay
DC#1
DC#2
Wax with #21
Wax with NXT
Accord (with G-100 I just received) --
NXT wash
clay
#83
#80
Wax with NXT
Wax with #21
In both cases I waited about 15 hours before the 2nd coat of wax
