I put a coat of Gold Classl wax on my truck about 3 weeks ago. Now I want to polish it with Deep Crystal polish to try to get the black to pop a bit more. followed by Gold Class. Do I need to stip the wax by washing with with dish sop or can I just polish and wax. THanks for your advice.

Meguiar's never recommends washing your car with detergent dish washing soaps. Use a quality car wash formulated for washing cars and wash as normal.
Then inspect the paint with your clean palm to check for above surface bonded contaminants and if you don't find any, then proceed to polish and wax again in that order. -
Whether you want to strip the wax or not, do not go and use dishsoap. A clay bar and paint cleaner will remove all the wax just fine when you do that.
Now, if you feel certain your paint is nice and clean, in good shape, then you could just wash, polish, wax for now.
