My cars always look great when they are wet! IMO that's the best way to acheive that wet-look finish! [/sarcasm]

But seriously, it's been bandied about before that some car mfrs. claim that you should only use water to wash; I think that's a bad idea, you need some lubricity from the car wash solution. As far as the other claims, it's pretty tough to tell with no details. Sorry if I jumped in here when your question was directed at Mike Phillips.

Seems like a scam to me http://www.revol.com.sg/index2.htm

Just a lot of talk but no pictures of the device or tools they use.

Reads like a marketing scam to me. It would appear to be some type of detail center that will hope to franchise out probably for huge amounts of money.

They never say what they use to remove defects? Everyone on this forum knows prep work, i.e. removing the defects is about 90% of your process, after that final polishing and then protecting.

What do they use to remove defects, or in other words, what products and process do they use to remove the paint surround the defects to level the finish and in essence remove the defects.

Too many of their claims are hype targeted at car owners that don't know anything about proper car care and detailing procedures.
