  • Hi-Tech Yellow Wax

Eventhough the product is in the Meguiars Professional line, is it OK for a regular guy to use/apply with a Hi-Tech Applicator or should I stick with something like NXT or Gold Glass??

    Thanks a lot

I would advise some quick detailer to with it as well.
that stuff is incredibly easy on, easy off (#26 i mean), but to me, anyway, it sure is dusty. But it looks GOOD!

Thank you very much, and does that go for any of the professional products?? I want to use #26 on a Dark Car, is that the right wax??

          Thanks again

Yes, Hi-Tec wax is fine for a black car. Many people think a carnuba blend wax looks better on a dark car than a synthetic.

As far as all Pro-Line Products, that is a bit more difficult to answer. #20 / #21 are fine by hand, as are the pure polishes #7, #5, #81.

But it is cleaners where you may want to avoid. While anything liquid can be applied by hand, you dont get the same cleaning benefits, and the abrasives may be designed to break down differently.

The ones in ScratchX and ColorX are meant for hand use. The ones in the #80 / #83 are meant for PC use, etc.

            Hope that helps a bit...

#26 is great stuff. I finished off this 1994 XJS Jag with it.
