How Do you Clean White Colored Seatbelts?

hello,
I have white (vanilla colored, off white) seatBelts....and they are almost black from everyday usage from my hands.....also, I have some coffee spots on them......

I've heard to use OxyClean with hot water.....

Does Meguiars have any really strong products to clean seatBelt white fabric.........

I want this procedure as simple as possible......any ideas'?

Well, a product like Heavy Duty Carpet and Interior Cleaner would be a good start. I cant say it will be simple, but with some spraying, and dabbing, etc.. it should work out ok.
