Well, I just purchased my G100 kit from ADS today. I ordered the #2 kit and added a few things to my order. I will get a complete list of what I bought when I get home and I will post my results with the kit on this topic later on. I already have the DVD on the PC and watched it many times. Can't wait to see what I get with the PC!!

I should get my G100 and few other "toys" tomorrow afternoon or evening from UPS. I already received my #39 from Meguiar's today since ADS was out of stock. I will have some "before/after" shots this weekend. Stay tune for updates!

The best thing is you wont get your best results the first couple times... so you'll keep seeing improvements for a while..

Yeah, I know with a little time and practice the car will get better. I'm a little nervous since this is my first time using a machine to do what my hands have done for years on my cars. I have the DVD from SCG and I feel very confident that I can do it just like the pros.

As long as you don't drop the machine, any little swirls you put in by accident will be easily removed when you get the hang of it.

Sometimes a little marring can happen from dry buffing, etc.. but nothing permanent, or to get worked up about.

But if it makes you feel any better, don't start in the middle of your hood. Start on a lower rear fender....

Being a little paranoid about initial machine use, I first used it to apply and remove wax. It gave me a good feel of how the machine worked/felt and also how it acted on different sections of my car.

I can also recommend the DVD - How to use the PC for Showcar Results. Product and pad selection are only part of the process, technique is extremely important. I'm still trying to get mine down and I have a lot of learning to do, but I'm getting good results and getting better. The DVD had a ton of useful advice and tips from the pros and was a great learning tool for someone like me who had never used a machine to work on paint before.

Yep...that's why I bought the DVD months before I bought the machine. I wanted to make sure I wanted to invest in something like the PC. Can't wait to try it out this weekend.

I also just ordered the G100, I believe it was package #3 from ADS, also with a buch of extra stuff. It should be here Monday. I also had ordered the DVD, which came today, along with some other stuff, including #21. I've been using NXT was, but with all of the positive talk about #21, I had to get it and see for myself!

I've made 3 orders from ADS in the last week! I keep thinking of more things I need.

My wife just shakes her head whenever another package arrives with Mequiar's stamped on the box.

Got all my stuff today and man it's alot. I even ordered the Fireman Nozzle and that thing is heavy. Made of solid brass and stainless steel. It looks and feels very durable, which means it should last me a long time. I might have to order another Meguiar's duffle bag to help hold all my stuff. I already have two (one I purchased before and the other that came with my DA kit) and already have both of them full.

Where did you get your duffle bag? I couldnt find any so I got one of those meguiars truck organizers, which seems to be really nice.
