Can anyone online help me please,
Is the Nxt Generation Car wax compatable with the Gold Class Wax or will it haze up as some other synthetics do when they are not compatable??

What are you working on, what are you trying to do?

Both of these products are what Meguiar's calls Polish/Waxes, they are unique from each other in their protection ingredients, but the end goal of both products is to create beauty and add protection.

If you want to apply one wax first and then apply a second application of the other wax over it you certainly can, and both products are compatible with one another. This is a common practice called topping, it's usually done a little differently in that often times the first wax is a cleaner/wax, like our ColorX followed with either a polish/wax or a pure wax.

The goal being to use the cleaner/wax as a cleaner, like paint cleaner, (while still polishing and protecting the paint), but then to try to take the results to a higher level by using a wax with more dedicated focus on the polishing and protecting, or protecting alone.

Here's an article on the topic, while the title is, Topping NXT, the principals discussed apply to using any paint protection products.

      Topping NXT

      Topping NXT

There is always a lot of talk about topping NXT with other products, because this is a popular topic, I thought I would offer this simple suggestion.

If you think you would like to apply a topper over NXT, before you apply your choice of a topper over the entire finish, first do a side-by-side comparison and inspect your results carefully to insure that the test area does in fact look better than NXT by itself before applying your choice of topper to the entire finish. If you apply your choice of a topper to the entire car without comparing, you will never know if it improved or diminished the results created by the NXT alone.

Here's how to do a test spot,

First - Wait until you have two thin, uniform applications of NXT Tech Wax over the entire finish. Two thin applications always look better than one application.

Second - Find a nice flat panel like the hood or deck lid so that you can look down on the finish while standing over it. Apply your choice of a topper to a square section about one foot square being careful to do so in a way as to have a very distinct section with only the topper in this section. Allow the topper to dry according to the instruction and the remove with a microfiber polishing cloth or a clean, soft 100% cotton terry cloth towel. To be fair, you should apply a second coat in this same section to insure a uniform application. Again, apply and remove according to the product's directions.

After you applied and removed your choice of a topper carefully, inspect the two areas under different lighting conditions. Different lighting conditions will allow your eyes to see the different dimensions of your finish, such as richness, gloss, shine and clearness or clarity. View the two areas from different angles, from directly overhead, and with a light source centered in the area, like the sun. You may also want to have some friends compare the two areas also, a second set of fresh eyes may see something you miss, especially after you've been working on the finish and staring at the paint for hours.

If after doing this side-by-side comparison test in one small area, your eyes will tell you whether or not you want to continue with applying the topper to the entire finish.

      Hope this helps...

          Car Waxes

          Thank you Mike,
It just seemed to me that the NXT Paste would last longer than the Gold Class. I wasn't going to "Top". I just thought on my next wax, in two months, I would use the NXT Gen if it was compatable to have a LONGER LASTING WAX. Thanks again for all everyone's help and advice.

In the Meguiar's line, the only difference between our paste and our liquid waxes is the form in which they come in.

As for applying a different wax over a previously applied wax months down the road, there shouldn't be any issues at all as wax is a sacrificial barrier coating, that is the coat of wax you apply to your car is suppose to give itself up, or sacrifice itself so that your car's paint doesn't have to when under attack or during normal wear and tear.

As such, if the car in question is a daily driver then it's likely that in two months, the paint will be ready and it will be perfectly fine to apply another coat of any type of wax except for a pure wax as a pure wax should only be applied to paint in excellent condition and chances are a daily driven car exposed to the outdoors for two solid months will need and should have some time of pre-cleaning performed before a pure wax is applied. Of course a surface evaluation after washing will reveal this to you.
