  • GC and NXT application

Hello Everyone. Yesterday i put a coat of NXT on the RSX and today i decided to try topping it with a coat of GC. Well i have to tell you i was very happy with the NXT (I put a coat of NXT on a couple of weeks ago). The top coat of GC added what i think is quite a bit of depth to the silver color. Darkened it a bit and added a nice bit of Gloss. I think this is a killer combo for my my particular color. But this now brings up a couple of questions. When i want to wax it again, should i put NXt and then GC again, or do i have to stick with GC for a while. I read in one of the posts that mike said that NXT should not be used on top of GC. I would like to stick with this combo but how should i reapply this combo. Also if i like GC on NXT what do you think of #26 on top on NXT, would that be an even better combo.

Personally I would use a pure polish like #7, then top it with your fav wax. (nxt or gc, etc).

Of course though, make sure you look into a good wash, clay, cleaner, polish, and wax

Check the "show off" forum, and I detailed my silver car using #7 and GC paste. Seemed to work great!
