  • After It Rains...

Am I suppose to wipe the water off?? I dont want to instill any scratches with dirty water.

I also dont want it to create water spots on my finish.

Should I get some Quik Detailer, or NXT Speed Detailer and use that on it?

You can use a quick detailer with a microfiber to wipe your car's finish down. If the paint looks really dirty, (because there was either dirt in the air or dust on your car), then you may want to consider washing the car.

      Thanks Mike.

This is weird, I'm watching you on TV right now (PC DVD) as you polish the Corvette.

Just to toss a thought in, in comparing water spotting from rain.

I seem to get less water spotting/marks if I wash in the rain, dont worry about drying, just let the rain do the final rinses.

A regular rain seems to leave more spots, even on a clean car. Maybe it is from just the slightest bit of dirt on the car that I cant see.

The reason even a clean car will spot in the rain is b/c if the dirt in the air. I love how clear everything looks after a good rain, but my jeep always spots. If it rains for sometime, then it may not spot if you wash it after the air is clean.
