All purpose clener and all perpose cleaner plus, is there any differences between 2 products? Is one more concentrated then the other? Safer? Foaming action? And most imoprtant - what about smell?

APCP foams less than APC, has a citrus scent and is good to use in carpet extractors due to the lesser foaming. They are both good cleaners though IMO.
