clean vinyl Le Mans stripes HELP !

I have a black 2005 Mustang GT with silver ( 3M )Le Mans stripes and they are looking dark, spots and just plain nasty. Can anyone help me with a cleaner ? I have had no luck with anything.

For vinyl graphics like this, a thin application of Gold Class Trim Detailer works pretty well. Apply a thin coat and work it in well, then wipe off any excess using a clean soft microfiber polishing cloth.
