Are those wheels clearcoated aluminum? I'm guessing they are.
I don't know what products you have available in Buenos Aires. But I really like Eagle One Aluminum Wash, which is designed for clearcoated or polished aluminum. I've used it on both with good results, though agitation is necessary (spray on/rinse off cleaners never work as well as they say.)
I've also had success with just using car wash solution.
Alternatively, you could try Meguiar's Hot Rims All Wheel or Multi-Piece Wheel washes. I haven't tried either (Meguiar's wheel cleaner is hard to find in Canada), but am sure they'd both work great. I like the sound of the Multi-Piece cleaner because it's mild.
I have TSW Revo rims on the Saleen focus and I use #36 Proffesional wheel cleaner for all types of rims.It is very safe but breaks up brake dust with ease.Be careful with anything else because uncoated aluminum can be damaged very quickly.

I always use car wash to clean my wheels, and I'm looking for something a little more agresive to clean some stuff dirt. I've been told that Hot Rims/All wheels was good and safe but then I found some concerns about it around here, anyway, #36 seems to be too mild, that's why I'm looking for some advice...
The all wheel cleaner is very effective in cleaning when used as directed. But it's not safe for aftermarket brake components, or anodized, magnesium, uncoated, or powder-coated wheels. Yeah kindof weird that an all wheel cleaner isn't safe for all wheels. Multi Piece Wheel Wash however, is safe for all wheel surfaces.
