What is the performance expectancy of the 8000 and 9000 pads before needing to replace or how often do you recommend?

We see people state they do between 10-12 cars before replacing their pads, for the most part, you can use them till they look like they are worn, so it how fast they wear depends upon how you're using them. -

Make sure to clean your pads often during use to prevent product build-up. I use a microfiber towel; place it in your hand with the DA on top and turn it on for about 15 seconds and you will feel the product come through the towel...really helps provide great results too.Attack life, it's going to kill you anyway.
