I think what TiT meant was that the DC Paint Cleaner (DC1), could also be effective in removing swirls, it's not actually the name of the product.

The other might be #82?? It says "Swirl Free Polish". At any rate, you'll just need to look at the abrasive scale to gauge the different products.

You could try #20 instead, it's much like #21 with more cleaning ability, and is available in a 16 oz bottle.

An ordinary orbital buffer will be helpful for applying waxes and pure polishes. Just get one with adjustable speed. But most orbital buffers won't be able to remove defects as well as the PC/G100. Although you can get alternatives to the PC, like for instance a Makita BO6040, but it's quite expensive...
What do you think?, do I get it?, I think it be helpfull anyway, or do you think not?

Btw, have you read this? Meguiar's 5-Step Paint Care Cycle

What's the name of the product then?

When applying waxes it's best to run the buffer at a slower speed. I wouldn't think a fixed speed orbital would work so well. Btw, working by hand can give you excellent results, so it's not all bad
The link to the 5-step was just in case you missed it. When you know each step, it's easier select different products to try out on that step. This way you will get a feel for what you like, and what works for you"Now Biff... make sure that we get two coats of wax this time..."

The Orbital I found says 3000RPM, talking with some people around here they told that this is the "standard", and that it's not very fast, but...

Thanks!, but, this product does not seem to have any abrasiveness, so, does it help eliminating swirls or maybe is more to hide them?, the car that you made with this looks great, but my confusion keeps going...There is just so much information... But just keep reading and trying stuff out, and all will become more and more clear
The DC Paint Cleaner (DC1 or DC#1 - as it is often referred to), does contain some very mild abrasives. This is quite new info on here, so many older posts will not reflect this. Here's the official update on this: Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner Contains a Light Amount of Diminishing Abrasives

That's why I'm looking for the "best" option.

Having no access to a G100 or similar my chances are limited, to eliminate the swirls on my car with ScratchX I imagine that more than one package would be neccesary...
I'll post pictures of my hood, so it would be easier for you to give opinions.

That doesn't sound too fast, although they probably mean 3000 OPM. Some manufactures don't bother with the differenceIs it one of those models with a big foam pad, like this?
This is the link for the product: http://powertools.com.mx/temp/l_3230.htm
Here you can also see the bonets that it has.
What do you think?, is it any usefull?
