    duct tape adhesive removal from textured black plastic

    Does anyone have a suggestion as to the product to use to remove duct tape adhesive from black textured plastic? It is on the edge of a pickup truck bedliner.
    Also, if one product is to remove adhesive, what would be needed to apply afterwards to shine/protect the plastic?

    3M makes an adhesive remover, but you can certainly try Goo Gone and a Bug/Tar Remover first. Goo Gone is pretty safe for everything.

    There are all kinds of dressings you can get. My favorite is All-Season Dressing, but Hyper Dressing, Trim Detailer, etc all work.
