why does the dc1 and dc2 have to be wiped off right away? what would happen if i did let the polish settle for a little while?

In theory, they become harder to remove, and could leave a bit of smudges/smears behind.

Now for me, I have never had a problem when/if DC#1 dries. Almost wipes off easier than a wax. But DC#2 does seem to be much harder to remove when dry.

          One more question,

I was thinking about buying the Gold Class Clear Coat Wax but I'm not sure if is going to make a difference if I used with the NXT paste. Would I be able to notice a difference?

Well, how good are your eyes....

I think Nxt is maybe glossier, while Gold Class is 'richer' on dark colors. But these things get so close, it could be my imagination.
