I was just curious to see where everyone buys most of their Meguiars products from. Where have you had the most luck with prices?

I order a lot of my stuff from meguiars.com because few stores carry the complete proffesional line and the detailer line. I have heard good things about Walmart and Big-Lots though.

I usually get mine at AutoZone or O'Reilly's.

I purchased most of my stuff from autodetailingsolutions (referred to as "ADS" on most of the site postings here). They carry a full line of Meguiar's stuff at discounted prices. Since I'm out of state there's no sales tax, either. However, shipping can be rather expensive so you have to purchase enough to make the discounts worthwhile (which is easy to do since everything is so tempting). But I also took advantage of the sale at Big Lots.

I just bought $180 off of ADS. I highly recommend them. Rick (from ADS) actually replies to his emails quick and wants to help you. My stuff should be here this Friday.

Shipping is a bit much, but remember it's a one stop shopping store that carries all the lines the Megs makes. After shipping, it's not that much more then tax, but you do get the products cheaper then retail so it all kinda balances out.

              Same here.......autodetailingsolutions.

I love that their max shipping is 15.99.
You can buy 6 5 gallon buckets and still only pay this.

Great service and I love their site.

I agree, ADS is the way to go. My order was shipped that day and got all that I ordered. I was impressed.

You mean ADS isn't the only place that stocks Meguiars???

Yeah, ADS is THAT good. I will pay a couple extra bucks for shipping in exchange for instant service and the peace of mind knowing my stuff is being shipped the right way.

ADS does a body, and a wallet good.

The key is to spend up to the shipping level, and that way the savings you have will 99% of the time cover the cost of shipping.

Just have to pick out a number of things that you need, want, have no real reason for getting but it is on sale...

everything at ADS is about 2-4 bucks less(besides #80) than it is at wax works, so if you wanted it right away then you could pick it up, the prices might even out with shipping so you will have to decide for yourself. It also depends on where you are in CA.

Living in the UK, I can only get the consumer range Meguiars products from my local motor factors, so I buy the Detailer and Mirror Glaze lines online - generally from a company caled Clean & Shiny, as you place your oder one day, and it arrived brilliantly packaged the next!

I just placed my first ADS order minutes ago. If all goes well (everything received, no mistakes and decent shipping time) then I'm sure I'll keep buying from the in the future! Especially as there's only one store around here that carries a decent range of their products (AutoZone), but even that is really limited compared to the range of products ADS has!
