    yep looks like its failed...probably a cheap paint job

      Maybe the previous owners took it to Maaco?
      Not sure if it is worth it to repaint.

          It's a 1999 Taurus. It had a hard life on the road after I bought it. Nose is chipped, 100K miles. maybe wore out.
          On the other hand it's paid for!
          No luck in finding a salvage one. No black, I find red, silver, green. Had one yard offer to paint one for 75 bucks. LOL
