  • Hyper dressing

I've seen this question in a post before but no answer. I'm thinking of trying Hyper dressing. Does dust stick to it like with other dressings? Also, when you use it on the engine compartment do you have to wipe the excess off or will it dry ok. I've been using Exterior trim detailer on the engine compartment and it looks great but I can't buy it off the shelf anymore and have to order it online. I figure since I have to do that, I'll try the HD if dust doesn't stick to it.

I use hyper dressing all the time in detailing, it dry hard so no dust does not stick to it. I spray the area down and about 15 minutes later I just blot any area where it has puddled.

Hyperdressing is one of the most durable dressing I use. I save mine for engines, and wheel wells.

Dust sticks to it, like all dressings, it cant really be avoided, but its far less than 70% of the other dressings.

I spray my engine down with HD 3:1 and walk away, unless I'm going to be showing off my engine soon, it doesn't need to be wiped down.

Does it work well for tires also? And how about unpainted exterior plastic trim? I currently use Meguiars Natural rubber and vinyl for tires and Exterior Trim Detailer for the plastic and really like the way it looks.

          I agree with above....

As for use on tires/exterior trim I have found Meguiars All Season Dressing is a better option for tires and trim, it lasts and looks great. Just my opinion.
