After I clay my car is it necessary to rinse or re-wash it before applying NXT?

I use detail spray as the lubricant. I wipe off the spray and that seems to remove the clay marks. So I guess my answer is no I don't rewash the car. Some people do. -

Like has already been mentioned, you either need to use a detailer's mist or a rinse to clean up the residue. Lots of people are claying now as they wash their car so a final rinse is just part of the process.*No Applause, Just Throw Money!*Comment

I use a product called Showroom Shine from a local distributor as a lubricant then wipe with a microfiber towel. Thus far I haven't had a need to rinse or rewash the vehicle. Great results."NOW IS THE TIME"Comment
