#83 and wax?

I bought #83 earlier this week because the guy who sells Meguiars here has a paint shop he inspected the finish and said I'd need #83 to remove them.

Now I was looking around here and all I can find is stuff on #80 and whenever #83 is mentioned #80 is also. So can I apply #83 and move on to waxing or do I have to use #83, then make another pass with #80 and then wax?

What you want to do is inspect the quality of the results after M83 and if it looks good to you then go straight to wax, if it looks hazy then re-polish each panel with M80 Speed Glaze and then go to wax.

Of cause you can.

But it becomes a little more perfekt, if you take one pass of #82, #9 or #80 after the #83. The finer abrasives and the additional content of trade secret polishing oils in them enhances a little more gloss.

The additional advantage of #80 is, that you have a first protective layer with it. The additional layer of wax would be in reason the second protective layer altogether.

So it's your decision, what you want to have.
