Hyper Dressing Problem

Just received my bottle of Hyper Dressing. I wanted to use it for my tires, so I diluted it with water 1:1 (half water half hyper dressing)... I went to go put it on with a sponge tire shine applicator and the Hyper Dressing sort of went on stubbornly. Initially it also left on some milky colored dots (the color of the liquid) but then eventually dried clear. The shine isn't too great either... should I be diluting it less?

Also is Hyper Dressing supposed to be stubborn?

not related but how did you get hyper dressing???

anyways 1:1 is already pretty high, maybe you should clean the tires before you dress them. I personally like the NXT tire cleaner.

Id like to know also where you purchased the HD, as of now I cant get it in TO. I was at Meguiar's Canada yesterday and mentioned it to them, there going to look into it.

There's a seller in the US who ships to Canada, she shipped me a 32oz bottle of Hyper Dressing (basically filled 32oz from the gallon into a Hyper Dressing bottle)... PM me if you'd like her information... I ordered #21 from her as well, should be here soon, but I figure 64oz is far too much for me... so I'll most likely be selling 12oz M9912 bottles filled with #21 once my package comes in.

The more you dilute HD the less shine you get. At 1:1 it ought to be pretty glossy! I use it all the time on my tires, diluted 2:1 and I'm happy with the gloss (it's not as shiny as something like Insane Shine, but that's not really what I'm after) and the application. Yes, I use a tire specific applicator from Eagle One and, yes, I get the white beads of product at first. As you say, it does dry clear, so that process is normal.

I'm not sure I understand about it being "stubborn". Can you elaborate, or is that pretty well covered by the beading issue?

Have you tried NXT Insane Shine? It sounds like you want the shiny look, and this product is awesome. I didn't think that an aerosol tire dressing could withstand the rain too well, but it has, and it still looks super shiny! I love it.

Tried it and love it!... Just trying to cost cut in the long run and take a look at other options...
