Need the best way to remove old wax from trim

    Hey matrix,
    May have to give that a shot as well. It's really caked on their. Read a post from another thread to use an electric tooth brush helps speed up the process also.
    I don't think that the compound has been on their too long, as she just bought the car. Quick shine quick sale type of deals, if you know what I'm saying. So that is to my advantage.
    Going to change my pocess just a little as well. Before when I cleaned with a tooth brush, I was using a terry cloth towel to wipe it dry, after awhile it would have the broken down wax in it. So I think that too may have been why it whould dry with a haze of wax on it. So I'm going to rinse it with water after I scub with a brush, then dry it off.

      Some QD took the wax off the plastic for me.
