Need help knowing what these are/how theyre measured. I know that many of you say that you diluted it 4:1, but how are these measured ? Cups? Or if I'm completely off topic can someone help explain this?

Whether it is 4:1, 10:1, etc, it is always Water:Product.
Now, for the amounts, it doesnt matter.
4 ounces Water: 1 ounce APC
4 gallons Water: 1 gallon APC
4 Dixie Cups Water: 1 Dixie Cup APC
8 cups Water : 2 Cups APC
