  • NTX window cleaner causes water to bead?

I usually use the detailer line glass cleaner, but lately have been using NTX WindowCleaner. I have notice the water beads like crazy on the window after using this! I would imagine that is part of cleaner, like a synthetic window polymer or something to that effect? Has anybody else noticed this?

I have also recently started using this product on several customer vehicles because of such.... Everybody has this reaction from the product, correct? Am I just imagining this?

I often switch between Stoner's Invisible Glass and Meguiar's NXT Glass Cleaner. I've definitely noticed that the Invisible Glass leaves a Rain-X like coating on the glass, but have not noticed the same thing with the Meguiar's. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention. I think I probably only noticed the effect with the Invisible Glass because when I spray it on it smells like Rain-X . . . YUCK!!

The detailer line glass cleaner concentrate does the same thing.
