I removed the seats from my Jeep GC w/ no prior experience w/ seat removal. It was very easy. I had 4 bolts holding the frame to the floor. Removed those and the seats came right out. If you have power seats you will have to disconnect the power cables (usually just a simple snap connector).1999 Ford Contour SVT

It should be easy. You should have a cable connection for the power seats, and 1 bolt on each side of the seat, so 4 in total. Just slide the seat all the way up, and take off the back 2 bolts, then all the way back, take off the 2 front ones, and yank the seat out. It might be kind of a hassle if the seatbelt is attached to the seat itself, in which case, check out an audi forum.
