noobie needs help

Hey guys i have a quick question. I'm starting to get the detailing bug for my S10, anyway I have some rock chips on the front bumper and was wondering the best way to get rid of them besides touth up paint. I have seen alot of topics for scrach removal will this work for rock chips?

No, an actual chip out of the paint needs filled back in with touch-up paint.

For extra tiny chips, I have sometimes just dabbed some clear coat from a botle over it, rather than trying to use touch up paint and clear coat.
