What speed to use?

I have the Maguiars G-100(Porta Cable) machine and I want to use the DC#1 paint cleaner.My questions are what speed should the machine be set to? My second question is.What is the difference between DC polish#2 and Machine Glaze#3(machine)? Which is better and safer to use.My paint is new(2006) Dark Khaki Pearl.Thank Joe
