wax question

I'd like to know what the difference is between carnuba wax and polymer, and which is better, and what the gold class wax is made of.
Also, since the gold class wax is a polish/wax mixture, should I still use a purer polish before waxing?

Gold Class contains Carnuaba and likely some polymer too. I really do not know about the ratios, etc.

Which is better? It is really personal preference; both are nice.

Gold Class does contain a polish and a wax. However, a pure polish such a DC2 would definitly help bring your car to an even h igher level of shine.

Historically I've used DC2 followed by GC liquid wax, and have been very very pleased with the results. So I say go for it!
