well accoding to that chart it says that #7 has no cut (Cut meter) adn it also states that its a pure polish.
I thought all polishes had to take off very little paint in order to remove fine swirls and so on. SO was I misinformed here.

#7 Pure Polish enhances the look only. It doesn't include any abrasives in it that would be used to remove fine scratches. You might say it's like a shoe polish--it makes things look better, but doesn't perform any work to remove any blemishes--where unlike a shoe polish would just mask or cover up a blemish, #7 makes darker finishes look better.

Meguiar's has a number of products like M80, M83, M82, ScratchX, and others that are a combination polish/cleaner with diminishing abrasives. For the Meguiar's products, you just need to adjust what you already know, to conform with their descriptions.

M80 is a close cousin to #7. That is, you like the look of #7? Add some abrasives for cutting, and now you got M80. =) Well sort of--not exactly, but in concept it is.

Sure! You could use it every day if you wanted to.

Just remember to put it underneath the wax. It's a polish that enhances the depth of the paint, but as a polish, it will wash off, unless you seal it with a wax.

Also remember Polishes don't need to dry before wiping off, so apply it with a foam applicator, probably to the whole car or half the car depending on your time, then gently wipe it off.

Ya M07 is amazing stuff! I find that it is easier to use by hand than with a G100. All you have to remember is don't let it dry, and like any other megs products don't get in your eyes or swallow
