#21 separating(?)

hi i live in the Philippines and recently got hold of the #21. I was so glad with the results and it was worth the time and effort having it shipped here.

now my problem is that the wax is separating/"de-emulsifying" into 2 layers one is a thick purple liquid and the other watery like fluid. Is this a sign of a bad product? or is the tropical heat affecting the wax. I need to shake it up real good in order to mix it up again.. your thoughts please

From my experience with 21 this seems to occur sometimes. Just be sure to shake the product up well before use, and during use aswell.

it got really hot at one time..... had this happen after it was in a enclosed trailer in the summer heat. Shake it real good. It will still work great

We did have a batch where the M21 was seperating, but performing well if shaken very well when used. If you feel unconfertable with the product, you feel it's not perorming like it should return it to the distributor for a replacement. Is there any chance you can provide the batch #? It should be on the back of the bottle.

i think returning it is a costly option. cant seem to find the batch number tho. where is it printed. the bar code is 0 70382 12164 8. at the bottom of the container, the ff is printed.
