DACP hard to remove

I was working on a car today using DACP on a polishing pad and a G100 and was having problems removing the product. I had to use QD to get it off. Never had this problem before.

PC on 5 working in the shade, car was washed, clayed and washed again. Hard paint. Temperature was normal, not hot or humid. Also noticed that the product was also drying to quickly.

How long are you working the product into the surface?

I couldnt tell you a time amount, but like I stated It felt like it was drying quickly. I say about three to four passes. Ive used it before and never had this happen.

How often do you clean your pad? Sometimes we see with this product and others that when the pad is not cleaned often the product can spread uneven and cause the drying time to be off. I would try a clean or new pad. See if that helps. If not please give me a call and I will be more than happy to resolve the problem.

The pad was washed and reused 2 days prior to today to polish a Guitar with DACP. I left the pad with the product on and reused it today without rewashing it. That could be the problem, I have never reused my pads without having been washed.
