I recently bought a can of cleaner wax which is rapidly drying, even though I secure the lid on it tight. What can I do (or add to it to keep it softer and not come off in chunks. Many thanks, flying tiger.

If the product is in fact, drying inside the can after you put the lid on correctly, than I'd just put the can with the lid on inside a plastic bag, seal it and see how that goes. I don't think you'd want to add anything in to make it softer. You can try customer care but I think that if you got a can of wax with a defective seal, than when you bought it and first opened it, it would be dried up already or mostly dried up.

Being how generous customer care is, they'll just send you a new can if it's a problem. (like the paste wax you're using isn't usable cuz it's too dried up)
