  • The Centennial or Concours Collection? Which one?

Guys I have almost got enough and I'm going to just bite the bullet and buy one of the collections because I want a porter cable and it seems like a good deal getting the products with it.

I want the best results I can get out of my car so which collection should I go with?

I will add on to these products later with the professional line of products..

Also is there anything I should get in addition to the collection when I order it?
    Thanks!

I say go with the Concours collection, plus the WDAV99B pad set for 24.95...The Medallion products are pretty good, but see if you can swap MPPC & MPPP for #83 DACP, & #82 SFP...Also, swap out #7 for #81 hand polish, plus 3 M-9912 dispensers.

Not knocking the Medallion twins at all, but if you have clear coat paint, then the 80's series is the way to go IMO.

I agree with RB that Concours is the best kit.

I'd add two of the WDAV99-B pad sets. I dedicate my pads to a specific product. i.e. I won't use a pad that I've used with #83 to apply #81. Frequently, I seem to need just one or two more pads.

I'd also keep the MPPC which is a very effective, lower abrasive chemical cleaner.

      I'd add the following;

      G-12664 NXT Car Wash or
      G-7164 Gold Class Wash,

      G-12718 NXT Tech Wax,
      G-12824 NXT Tech Booster Wax,

      G-12924 NXT Tech Protectant or
      G-10624 Gold Class Protectant.

      M-1611 Professional Car Wax and
      M2616 High Tech Yellow Wax.

      G9332 EXTRA All Surface Cleaner
      W-0004-12 Hi-TechApplicator Pads

I was thinking that GT99 might already have NXT wax, but that would be a good adder to the kit anyway.

I agree with RB... There are some very good products in the contours collection and if you can do a little swap I think you will have a great collection of products! Don't get me wrong there are also some great products in the centennial as well but I have been changing all my products over to the pro line (from the consumer) and have been very happy.
