Need advise

First time user to this forum and I need a little advise.......
I have a new silver SUV (six months old) and I am going to detail this for the first time.
I am going to also use a PC 7424 buffer for the first time.
What could someone recommend to use on this paint finish for the first time?
Meguiar's has so many products and I have read about. I am not sure what would be the best to start with on this new car.
