    Hello everyone!

I thought I would try Scratch-X (or #80 if I can find it in a store near me) and remove the swirls that are in my beloved Mustang. My question is this, should I remove the products I have used so far (DC1, DC2, and NXT) before I use Scratch-X or #80? If so, what steps do I need to take?

Nope don't worry about removing the previous steps..

Scratch X and #80 are both paint cleaners. So they will remove anything that was on there before.

    1. Wash
    2. Clay *** If you already haven't
    3. Scratch X or # 80. You can use both if you need too
    4. Polsih *** Some skip this step since #80 has polishing oils.. It's up to you.
    5. 2 Coats of your fav Meg's wax

The title of this thread is "Switching Waxes." I hope the poster realizes the products he's mentioned are not waxes. Hate to see that Mustang running around with a final coat of Scratch-X!
