If the swirls, scratches, and water marks are gone, #81 will give you that wet look, as will #7. Both will do a great job. I find #7 more difficult to work with but Mikes directions for applying it will be helpful to you. #7 will be easier to find locally BTW.

      06 sequoia

Excellent site for information exchange. I know that someone has asked this question, but I've searched and can't find it. What recommendations are there for a new vehicles and maintaining it's finish. The vehicle in question was purchased in May of 05 and has never been waxed or polished, just washed, and mainly by the dreaded $4 auto car washer; the wife can't seem to make the vehicle avaliable when i have time to hand wash it. Also whats best for drying new tech microfiber, or old tech chamois. thanks. If anyone can route me to the area that covers issues like this thank you...and what's this clay stuff?

May '05 isn't really new, and it sounds like it maybe has had a hard life. Perhaps this will help, but honestly it sounds like you need to really review and address the current state of the paint first--it can't be super if it has been washed as you describe.
