    Which Wrench?

    I just received my new Makita Rotary Buffer, but it did not come with the Hex wrench... anyone know which size/type I would need, and also where I can get one?

    Well, I figured out a way to get my backing plate on... I improvised and used the spindle lock to keep it from spinning so I think I just fixed my situation

      I recently purchased a Makita 9227C and I was wondering the same thing. It seems like I can screw on a backing plate without a wrench, however will it be tight enough?
