11 Year old paint :(

Hello,
My car is 11 years old and the roof and trunk lid are starting to peel, I was wondering if there was anything to do to help with this.

I think its the clear coat that’s peeling? Is the paint dead now and I need a repaint or are there any processes I can do to help it?

Hey,

I am afraid that there is nothing you can do except paint those areas. That does appear to be severe clear coat failure. Sorry!
