#83 with car polisher???

I found a black & decker car polisher, model number wp1300K, that goes from 1000rpm to 3000 rpm.
I would like ti know If a I can use the #83 with the car polisher.

B&D's WP1300K is a rotary polisher. So yes, #83 will work with it if the operator has the necessary skills to use a rotary polisher properly.
