  • NXT Paste & Number of Coats

Been a Finish First user for years but the gallon FROZE this winter and I used a sample of NXT on one of the cars

I LOVE THIS STUFF !!!! even easier to use then Finish First ..plus its available everywhere...

    *********QUESTIONS *********
    !.
Can I use this stuff (paste preferably)
on a regular basis or does it build up to the point where it needs to be removed...???
    2.
And do I need to use the appropriate
detailer....??? Have gallons of Final Inspection 34 and half gallon of Finish Fast in the garage but did buy a bottle of the
NXT Detailer....which I have not used yet.
    3.
Can I leave NXT on the cars for a few days BEFORE I remove it...? Always left Finish First on the car a day or so before I wiped it off...

    Thanks
    Bob G.

Use it all you want. You won’t build too much (although there’s little or no benefit putting on more than two or three applications at one time). You never need to remove it unless you’re shooting paint onto the finish.

Any of Meguiar’s detailers will work great. All Meg’s products are designed to work together. I don’t know about FF’s deatiler but I would guess that unless it has some weird solvents it would work too.

I’ve heard of people doing it accidentally and having no problems removing it. It’s not something you’d want to do on purpose, there’s certainly no benefit to it.
